Chang’s Rewards® program now consists of both a free tier – P.F. Chang’s Rewards® loyalty reward program has not gone anywhere it simply has evolved! Instead of a single-tiered program, the P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program account when placing a delivery order online or through the mobile app, we will not be able to redeem your Reward on that order. Unfortunately, if you forget to login using your P.F. If you do not specify which Reward you wish to redeem, the eligible Reward with the earliest expiration date will be redeemed.
If you have multiple Rewards available when placing your order, please advise the server Only one Reward may be redeemed per order.
The server will redeem your $15 Reward or Birthday Reward, if available. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Member by providing your account Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program account when placing a takeout order online or through the mobile app, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program account when placing a takeout or delivery order online or through the mobile app and your $15 Reward or Birthday Reward, if available, will be visible in your wallet.
